Obvs. based on MS Paint but was reincarnated into the realm of visible light so
He can manipulate and steal colors, use cut tools to move things, make illusions and weapons but they're all paint based so not as effective as the real things by any means, etc.
He's kind of an asshole but kind of not idk how to put it. He does his best to be sympathetic but is also realistic and has no issues telling you what's what. Honest person tho doesn't lie about stuff even if it doesn't gain him any friends.
